- Recruitment: Source, screen, and schedule interviews to fill open positions efficiently.
- Onboarding & Off-Boarding: Manage the complete lifecycle from document verification and orientation to exit formalities.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute team-building activities, festive celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
- Recognition Programs: Design and manage programs (like Employee of the Month) to boost morale and reward performance.
- Employee Welfare: Serve as the go-to person for daily staff queries and coordinate workplace wellness initiatives.
- HR Operations: Maintain updated employee files, attendance logs, and basic HR documentation.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
