Position: Billing Engineer

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our Finance & Operations team at Dishara Buildtech Private Limited. You will be responsible for managing billing processes, invoicing, and financial transactions using our ERP system. This is a key role that supports our projects in Locations across Odisha and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Track payments and manage billing records in the ERP system
- Prepare detailed billing reports for different projects
- Manage billing disputes and follow up with clients on overdue payments
- Coordinate with the Finance and Project teams for billing approvals
- Check billing data for mistakes and ensure all information is correct
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing
Required Skills & Experience
- ERP System Knowledge (MANDATORY) - Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms)
- 8 + years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience in High Rise Construction Service Organisations
- Knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes in High Rise Construction Service Organisations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is a plus
- Basic knowledge of GST and Indian tax laws
