Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Loans & Insurance sales business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan products and insurance policies to customers
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide customers on suitable financial products based on their needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives/advisors
- Monitor team performance and provide regular support
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance processes
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for approvals
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of loans and insurance products
- Leadership and team handling abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in field sales environment
Eligibility
- Graduate or Intermediate with relevant sales experience
- Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Loan Sales preferred
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
