Your Role
As an HR Recruiter at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end F&B operations across StayVista properties, ensuring exceptional guest experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. The role includes coordinating with property teams, managing vendor and inventory operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and driving smooth day-to-day restaurant and kitchen operations.
About You

Manage end-to-end restaurant operations across the assigned property, ensuring smooth daily functioning and guest satisfaction.

Drive revenue growth for the restaurant through operational excellence and customer engagement initiatives.

Monitor and improve guest reviews and overall dining experience standards.

Oversee daily procurement activities and coordinate with vendors for timely supply management.

Maintain and manage CCG inventory, stock control, and wastage monitoring.

Conduct staff training sessions to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.

You will be based at the assigned property to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
