Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with drivers.
- Handle and resolve driver grievances, concerns, and operational issues.
- Drive driver engagement, retention, and performance.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and other internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Monitor driver satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective communication of company policies, processes, and updates.
- Track driver-related metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Mentor and support Driver Relationship Managers in handling complex cases.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,375.71 per month
