Job Description: Portfolio Manager – Collections (Unsecured Business Loans)
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee collections for unsecured business loans, ensuring portfolio quality, risk control, and recovery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end collections strategy for unsecured BL portfolio
- Monitor delinquency (DPD buckets), roll rates, and recovery metrics
- Drive agency performance, digital collections, and field recovery
- Develop risk-based strategies to optimize collections efficiency
- Analyze portfolio trends and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in collections/credit risk (unsecured lending)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing agencies and collections platforms
