Graphic Designer Executive acts as a visual strategist, bridging the gap between product technicality and consumer appeal. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs for everything from technical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) packaging to high-fashion leather glove branding.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Packaging & Labeling: Design and optimize layouts for glove boxes and labels, ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are clear and visually balanced.
- Marketing Collateral: Create high-impact visuals for brochures, catalogs, and trade show displays that highlight glove features like grip, durability, and material quality.
- Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Digital Content: Design assets for social media, email campaigns, and e-commerce websites to drive online engagement and sales.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to translate complex technical data into accessible infographics.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept brainstorming to final print production or digital launch
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing-specific design needs, such as print-ready file preparation and material-specific graphics.
- Design Theory: Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience is often preferred, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
