Evergreen Motors is looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Body Shop department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accident repair processes, ensuring quality repairs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving productivity and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Body Shop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise denting, painting, and accident repair activities.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress.
- Coordinate with Insurance, Service Advisors, and Parts departments for timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the repair process.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workshop performance.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare estimates and monitor repair costs.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Track Body Shop KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly business targets.
- Train and motivate the Body Shop team to improve performance.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager or Body Shop In-charge in an automobile dealership.
- Strong knowledge of denting, painting, accident repairs, and workshop operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management systems.
