2. Internal Training Coordination
- Maintain annual training calendar
- Coordinate training schedules across departments
- Arrange training sessions and workshops
- Track attendance and participation
- Manage trainer and learner communications
- Coordinate internal and external trainers
- Prepare training logistics and materials
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Ensure smooth execution of all training activities
3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Upload and manage training content on LMS
- Create learning paths
- Manage course assignments
- Track learner progress
- Generate completion reports
- Monitor certification status
- Ensure content version control
- Maintain training database
4. Employee Onboarding Learning Program
Manage end-to-end onboarding learning journey:
- Welcome learning kits
- Induction programs
- Department orientation
- Product familiarization sessions
- Policy training
- Compliance awareness sessions
- Assessment and certification
Ensure every new employee completes onboarding learning milestones successfully.
5. Email Learning Campaigns
Design and execute:
- Weekly learning newsletters
- Learning reminders

- Learning challenges
- Employee engagement campaigns
- Certification drives
Create attractive email content and learning communication materials.
6. Training Video Creation
Assist in:
- Recording training videos
- Creating screen-recording tutorials
- Editing learning videos
- Creating product demo videos
- Developing learning snippets
- Publishing learning content
Tools such as Canva, Camtasia, Filmora, Premiere Pro, Loom, or similar platforms will be preferred.
7. Knowledge Management
Build and maintain:
- Central knowledge repository
- Learning libraries
- SOP repository
- Product documentation
- Process documentation
- Training archives
- Best practices repository
Ensure information is regularly updated and accessible.
8. Training Effectiveness Measurement
Track and analyze:
- Training attendance
- Completion rates
- Assessment scores
- Learner satisfaction
- Training effectiveness
- Skill improvement metrics
- Certification completion rates
Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D reports.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
