Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: MBC park, Thane
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head HR
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment activities.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and reward & recognition programs.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining statutory compliance and HR audits.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
Performance Management Support
- Coordinate performance appraisal activities.
- Track probation reviews, confirmations, and employee evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
Preferred Industry: Healthcare/Hospital, Service Industry, or Corporate HR.
Pay: ₹20,859.88 - ₹33,167.16 per month
