Job Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Strategist to design, execute, and scale performance-driven advertising strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Google Ads strategies based on business and client objectives
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research
- Create and test ad copies and extensions
- Monitor and improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Analyze performance data and generate strategic reports
- Identify growth and scaling opportunities
- Ensure Google Ads policy compliance
- Manage multiple client accounts
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Google Ads strategy and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking with execution ability
- Google Ads Certification preferred
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Graduation in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management or strategy experience
- Strong freshers with advanced Google Ads knowledge may apply
