We are actively looking for skilled professional to become part of our corporate office team within the Out-of-Home (OOH) Media Advertising Sector.
Job Title: Sales Coordinator, OOH Media
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Follow up on active Leads and Prospecting
Campaign Coordination on OOH and DOOH – Internal and External.
Administrative Support for billing and FUP on accounts receivable.
Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation required for closing deals.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Client Support, Relationship Management and provision of Campaign Monitoring reports as specified.
Track and analyse the performance of OOH campaigns to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports, and market intelligence reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Conduct team meetings for bills receivable status and punching in of release orders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
1-4 yrs. of exp as a sales coordinator, in media or advertising industry.
Exp in coordinating projects or campaigns is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in automated tools like SalesForce,edge1,CRM & MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
