Job Summary
Oven Story is looking for dedicated and responsible Delivery Riders to ensure timely and safe food delivery to customers while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from the Oven Story outlet and deliver them to customers on time.
- Ensure food is delivered safely and in good condition.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
- Handle cash and online payment orders, if required.
- Follow traffic rules and company delivery guidelines.
- Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the outlet manager.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own bike/scooter with valid RC, Insurance, and Pollution Certificate.
- Good knowledge of local routes.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for using delivery apps.
- Punctual, honest, and customer-friendly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
