Relationship Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to convert leads into successful interior projects while ensuring excellent client experience. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, sales coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage client data through CRM/ERP systems.
- Achieve sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, or interior industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects.
- Experience in home interiors or related field is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
