Desirable Qualifications and Required Skills:
B.Tech ( IT/CSE) or /BCA/BSc (IT) / Diploma with relevant Skills/or any other equivalent qualification.
Sound interpersonal skills and good working knowledge of MS Word / Excel .
Good troubleshooting and documentation and presentation skills.
Desirable Experience: 0-1 yrs relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:Software testing/ troubleshooting and providing customer support /gathering customer feedback through phone/online/remote access.
Gathering customer requirements for new deliveries and readying the software builds for deployments.
Assist module owner(s) in maintaining necessary documentations and copy writing user manuals.
Compensation:Starting salary of Rs 1.2 to 1.8 lac p.a (plus mobile phone/ travel allowance), depending relevant experience and proficiency in required skills.
