Experience: 15+ years in Customer Retention, Customer Experience, CRM, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Service Excellence.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to drive customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through effective CRM, customer engagement, and relationship management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
* Enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
* Manage CRM systems and large customer databases.
* Analyze customer feedback, retention trends, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
* Monitor retention KPIs and support revenue growth initiatives.
* Manage customer relationships across multiple locations and branches.
* Travel across Kerala and other operational locations as required.
