Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies and be capable of building scalable, high-performance web applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB / PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Debug, test, and deploy applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in MERN Stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js
- Experience working with MongoDB / PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control
- Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
