We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Reservations Executive to manage centralised bookings and enquiries from the corporate office for multiple hotel properties.
This is primarily a telecalling-based role, involving handling customer enquiries, closing reservations over calls, and making outbound calls for corporate tie-ups and business development support.
This role directly impacts revenue, occupancy, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries for room bookings from the corporate office
- Manage reservations for multiple hotel properties through a centralised system
- Close bookings efficiently through phone conversations and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information on room availability, pricing, offers, and policies
- Coordinate with individual properties to ensure smooth booking confirmations
- Maintain and update booking records and CRM data
- Follow up on enquiries to maximize conversions
- Make outbound calls to corporates for tie-ups and partnerships
- Support in generating corporate leads and long-term business relationships
- Work towards achieving booking and revenue targets
Key Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling / reservations / front office / sales coordination
- Strong communication and convincing skills over the phone
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Basic knowledge of hotel bookings / OTA platforms is an advantage
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
