About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Office Setup, Commercial Office Fit-outs, Corporate Interior Design, Commercial Real Estate Solutions, and Workspace Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales exposure, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value corporate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial segments in Hyderabad.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate consultants, architects, and project management firms.
- Build and leverage strong working relationships with project architects to drive specifications and early-stage project involvement.
- Present and pitch corporate interior design, office fit-out, and workspace solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and execution teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong network and established contacts with architects handling corporate/commercial projects in Hyderabad.
- Ability to engage with architects at the concept and design stage to influence project specifications.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing, office space planning, and corporate interiors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience handling corporate decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience working with interior contracting firms, design studios, workspace solution providers, or commercial real estate companies.
- Existing network of corporate clients in Hyderabad is a strong advantage.
