Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions/sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and/or Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
