What You'll Do
- Help customers via WhatsApp, calls, and support tickets
- Guide clients through onboarding and platform setup
- Assist in building chatbots and automation workflows
- Explain product features in a simple and easy-to-understand way
- Troubleshoot basic issues (full training provided)
- Learn about APIs, integrations, automation tools, and SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with senior technical team members on advanced cases
