We are recruiting Telesales executives for Healthcare Advisor Role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call prospective and existing patients to schedule health checkups, scans, and blood tests.
- Handle incoming queries from patients, explain various diagnostic packages, and convert leads into bookings.
- Reach out to patients for their annual health check-up reminders, and follow-up tests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and bookings in our customised software.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service (Healthcare experience is a huge plus)
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English &Tamil.
- Empathy: A polite, patient, and understanding tone when dealing with patients who may have health concerns.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with computers and booking software.
Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives for meeting booking targets. (Minimum Rs 3000 to 12000)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
