Job Title : Senior Infrastructure Operations

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and engineering services for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
- Manage and support SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Copilot.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint Hybrid environments and collaboration solutions.
- Execute SharePoint migrations, upgrades, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and workflow transitions.
- Coordinate software releases, enhancements, and platform upgrades in line with ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex collaboration platform issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, audit readiness, and vulnerability management.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Copilot.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises, Hybrid environments, and migration projects.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, audit controls, and governance practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
