- Attend customer calls and handle customer queries professionally
- Conduct service reminder and feedback calls
- Maintain customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service, delivery, and feedback
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer experience
- Prepare daily and monthly customer feedback reports
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
