Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive market development, generate leads, achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork and market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through regular market visits and relationship building.
- Promote and introduce the Tent Studio brand in the assigned market.
- Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets based on value, product, and geography.
- Follow the structured sales process from lead generation to order closure.
- Plan daily routes and conduct effective market coverage.
- Ensure compliance with company sales and credit policies.
- Collect market intelligence related to competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
- Share market trends and customer feedback with the management team.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports.
- Update customer interactions and lead information accurately in the CRM.
- Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support and guide new team members during field assignments.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, sales techniques, and market practices.
- Follow all company policies, systems, and processes.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 2–4 years of field sales experience in Retail, B2B, B2C, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, or related industries.
- Freshers with high energy, strong communication, and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable with extensive market visits and fieldwork.
- Good knowledge of local markets in Bihar and Jharkhand.
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong willingness to achieve sales targets.
