Experience & Skills Required
- Relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling production shifts.
- Strong manpower planning and workforce management skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop floor operations.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
