We are looking for a practical HR Consultant who can help us establish strong HR processes, policies and systems suitable for a growing manufacturing company.
This is not a routine recruitment role.
We are looking for someone who can build long-term HR foundations.

- Create structured hiring process
- Prepare Job Descriptions
- Develop interview scorecards
- Build candidate database
- Improve hiring process
- Suggest recruitment channels
- Help identify good candidates when required
Employee Systems
- Design onboarding process
- Employee documentation
- Offer letters
- Appointment letters
- Confirmation letters
- Exit documentation
Performance Management
- Develop KPIs for various departments
- Suggest appraisal framework
- Improve accountability
- Help managers implement systems
HR Compliance
- Advise on HR best practices
- Ensure HR documentation is organized
- Recommend improvements where required
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years HR experience
- Experience with manufacturing/FMCG companies
- Experience creating HR systems from scratch
- Practical approach
- Comfortable working with founders
