Position: Printer Operator
Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary:
VXV Creations is looking for an experienced and skilled Printer Operator to manage and operate various printing machines. The candidate should have practical knowledge in printing operations, machine handling, and basic design requirements to ensure high-quality output and smooth production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing machines efficiently.
- Handle printing works using Solvent, Eco Solvent, UV, CO2/CNC machines.
- Ensure accurate color quality and finishing standards.
- Prepare machines, materials, and settings before printing.
- Monitor print quality and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for timely completion of orders.
- Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Printer Operator is preferred.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Experience with large format printing machines.
- Ability to understand designs and printing requirements.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Solvent / Eco Solvent / UV / CO2 / CNC printing operations.
- Candidates with strong machine handling skills will be preferred.
