Who are we looking for?
Here at Staypolis, each team member loves what he does and works as if he has to
win a war. So, if you think, you have the fire to go crazy while working, and explore
all the domains of the company, Staypolis is the place for you!
You could qualify to join the team if you:
- Love to do field work: By field work, we don’t literally mean farming, rather the role
would involve travelling within the Whitefield area for sales and marketing.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Considering the role involves
speaking and convincing everyone in the value chain, i.e. customers, property
owners, vendors, local workers, we would need people who love to talk and can
convince anyone when needed.
- Entrepreneurial Skills: We are a young startup and the entrepreneurship bug within
it led us to starting this company. Someone with an experience of starting
something while in college will definitely be a plus and tells us that you would be a
great fit here.
- Have organized and led college fests/events/symposiums: Looking for enthusiastic
candidates who love participating and organizing events. People who have spent
sleepless nights at the fests just to make sure things don’t go wrong and get the thrill
out of working hard while having fun (Sales, Marketing, Sponsorships roles at the
fests would be a plus).
- Are members/core team members of various councils in college: Looking for
people who can handle multiple things simultaneously and even enjoy all of it.
- Handled volunteers/folks under them: We want to hire future leaders and hence
looking for someone who has the experience of leading volunteers/juniors at some
point in time. By leaders, we are definitely not looking for people who are lazy and
want to get things done from others, rather than someone who can lead by example.

Two wheeler is an advantage. Considering the crazy amount of traffic, it's beneficial to have, in order to be the most effective in your work.
Languages to be known: Fluency in english is must. Any other language known would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
