We're looking for a creative, organized, bilingual (Telugu + English/Hindi) intern to help build our content and community presence across social platforms and drive engagement for Kanoon Pandit.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Write captions, scripts, and creative copy
- Assist in basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats (clips, carousels, snippets)
- Draft copy for WhatsApp broadcasts and SMS campaigns
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Handle first-line community support — respond to WhatsApp messages, tickets, and comments across (Hindi/English) and (Telugu)
- Research industry trends, viral formats, and hashtags, and adapt them to the brand
Campaigns & Promotions
- Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns (batch launches, offers, events)
- Coordinate with design and marketing on campaign assets
- Help run or monitor paid ad campaigns, if needed
Content Calendar & Strategy
- Plan and maintain content calendars across channels
- Assist in campaign planning and content strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and message delivery
- Flag what's working vs. underperforming in a simple weekly summary
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Strong written Telugu and Hindi/English — this role covers both language audiences
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business tools and basic scheduling platforms
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment
- Portfolio or sample work preferred, if available
