Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Nikol - Kathwada - Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives
Key Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of Solar PV Systems
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Client handling & site visit experience
- Lead generation, follow-up & conversion
- Target-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads
- Understand customer requirements & suggest solar solutions
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals
- Follow up and close sales
- Coordinate with technical/project teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
