Coordinate with HO HR team for recruitment for plant positions.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, joining documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee & contract labour records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS updates.
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, shift allowance, and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, standing orders, and statutory requirements.
Support industrial relations activities and maintain working envirement.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
Coordinate training programs, skill development, and employee engagement activities.
Monitor contract labor management, vendor compliance, and manpower deployment.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluation tracking.
Support safety initiatives, welfare activities, and workplace discipline in coordination with EHS and production teams.
Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, and compliance audits.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and shift manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between plant management and employees.
Participate in audits related to HR, ISO, compliance, and factory inspections.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
