Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and digital platforms.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate course guidance.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective students.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Guide and support junior counselors to improve performance.
- Handle escalations and complex queries from students/parents.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate reports.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales/admissions/business development.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the education sector is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
