Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter Assistant to support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and screen candidate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
