Job Description – Service Advisor (Automobile Industry)
Position: Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns, service requirements, and expectations.
- Create accurate job cards, record customer complaints, and communicate them clearly to the workshop team.
- Provide service recommendations and explain required repairs, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor the progress of vehicles in the workshop.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper explanation of work done and billing details.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote value-added services, offers, and periodic maintenance schedules.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer feedback and resolution.
- Maintain service records, job card documentation, and reports as per company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI/Graduation in Automobile/Mechanical field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry .
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (petrol/diesel/hybrid).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good computer skills (DMS/CRM knowledge preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
