We are hiring a proactive Marketing & Operations Executive for Eazy Services to handle local marketing, apartment activations, customer acquisition, and manpower hiring for our doorstep waterless car wash business in Hyderabad.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Visit apartments and gated communities for tie-ups
- Conduct leaflet campaigns and society promotions
- Generate leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, and local marketing
- Coordinate social media content collection (before/after videos)
- Build relationships with apartment associations and security staff
- Increase subscription-based customers
- Track daily leads and conversions
Hiring & Operations Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard car wash executives
- Conduct interviews and basic training coordination
- Manage attendance and deployment of staff
- Handle manpower shortages and replacements
- Ensure service quality in assigned locations
- Coordinate with team leaders and area captains
Reporting Responsibilities
- Daily reporting of:
- Leads generated
- Customers onboarded
- Executives hired
- Revenue generated
- Society meetings conducted
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in field marketing, sales, recruitment, or operations
- Must know Hyderabad local areas
- Good communication in:
- Telugu
- Hindi
- Basic English
- Should own:
- Bike
- Smartphone
- Comfortable with field work
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding societies/apartments, recruiting car care executives, and supporting business expansion across Hyderabad.
