Job Title: Principal Consultant – Communication Strategy Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Consultant – Communication Strategy Lead to spearhead strategic communications for Odisha Police. The role requires a seasoned professional to lead communication initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive integrated brand and public communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact between the agency and Odisha Police leadership.
- Lead end-to-end communication strategy, brand positioning, and crisis communication protocols.
- Oversee key communication verticals including PR, Branding, Events, Social Media, Digital, Grievance Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Drive campaign ideation, approval processes, execution quality, and performance monitoring.
- Represent the department at media interactions and public/institutional forums as required.
- Submit monthly and quarterly communication performance reports to the DGP Office.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading a Communication Cell as Team Lead.
- Experience handling a minimum of 2 Odisha State Government clients or PSUs.
- Proven experience managing teams of at least 4 members.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
