We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Kharar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The selected candidate will work from our site and will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to drive conversions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
