The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. The role involves leading sales activities, identifying potential clients, and expanding the company's market presence in Kozhikode and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging infrastructure, franchise development, and related services.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations, business meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Recruit, train, and guide sales executives in the assigned territory when required.
- Organize promotional campaigns, events, and awareness programs to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management.
- Experience in the EV, automotive, renewable energy, or infrastructure sector is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
