- Generate and acquire IT projects through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and outbound channels
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and project discussions
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution
- Build long-term relationships with startups, agencies, and international clients
- Identify business opportunities in the areas of:
- DevOps & Cloud Engineering
- Full-Stack Development
- Backend Development (Java / Spring Boot)
- Frontend Development (React.js / Angular)
- Data Engineering & AI Solutions
- Experience in IT business development or client acquisition
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert leads into projects
- Understanding of software development workflows and delivery cycles
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
- Experience working with international clients
- Understanding of cloud, DevOps, AI, React, Angular, or Java-based development services
- Prior experience handling freelance platforms or outbound lead generation
Pay: ₹20,515.85 - ₹50,971.84 per month
