About Us
Women Connect Worldwide LLP is a women-led social enterprise committed to improving menstrual hygiene and empowering women through its sanitary pad brand, Smiley Days. We are expanding our retail and institutional network across Agra and nearby districts and are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies, medical stores, cosmetic shops, general stores and supermarkets to promote Smiley Days sanitary pads.
- Identify and appoint new retailers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and institutional customers.
- Generate regular orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect payments from retailers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor products, pricing and promotional activities.
- Submit daily reports on sales, retailer visits, collections and market feedback.
- Support promotional campaigns, awareness activities and product launches whenever required.
- Travel across Agra and nearby assigned areas.
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare or Consumer Product Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Familiarity with Agra and nearby markets is an advantage.

- Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Opening new retail outlets.
- Increasing repeat orders from existing retailers.
- Ensuring timely payment collections.
- Expanding Smiley Days' presence across Agra and nearby markets.
- Supporting Awareness Generating Team in Schools and community workshops.
