This role involves more than closing orders. It requires owning projects through coordination and execution, from first discussion to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B project sales across assigned territory
- Build relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
- Close orders and remain involved through execution and handover
- Track project progress:
- drawings → approvals → site readiness → installation → delivery
- Follow up on payments, timelines, and client commitments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth executionProfile We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales / Construction Sales
- Exposure to elevators, building materials, or engineering solutions preferred
- Comfortable with technical discussions and basic drawings
- Strong follow-up and coordination discipline
- Willingness to travel for site visits
