Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Loco Bear, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless, energetic, and memorable experience. You will handle guest interactions, resolve queries, and uphold the brand’s fun, high-energy vibe while maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Handle walk-ins, bookings, and inquiries (in-person, phone, and online)
- Provide accurate information about activities, pricing, offers, and safety guidelines
- Manage guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, F&B, activities) for smooth guest flow
- Ensure proper check-in/check-out processes and queue management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk / guest areas
- Upsell services, packages, and promotions where relevant
- Collect and share guest feedback to improve overall experience
- Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic personality with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Basic computer knowledge (booking systems, POS, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
