Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Honda 2-Wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling invoice-related documentation, coordinating vehicle numbering and number plate processes, and assisting the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and Registration departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer invoices and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate the vehicle numbering and number plate process.
- Assist the Registration Department with documentation and follow-up activities.
- Support the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team in preparing vehicles for delivery.
- Verify and maintain records related to vehicle registration and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, registration papers, and delivery documents.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and timely updates in company records.
- Perform other back-office and administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of vehicle registration procedures.
- Experience in invoice handling and documentation.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
