About the Role
Nibav Lifts Pvt Ltd is looking for proactive and customer-focused CRM Executives / Customer Relationship Managers to manage end-to-end customer interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the journey.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer escalations, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their journey
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal departments including Logistics, Production, Accounts, and Technical teams
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service requests
- Track and improve customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT and NPS
- Manage customer engagement activities including testimonials and Google reviews
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking reports
- Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 4 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Customer Handling roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume interactions and escalations
- Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and Excel preferred
Mandatory Language Requirement (Any One Combination)
