Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and well-presented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our premium paint and decorative wall texture application services. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in the paints, wall textures, decorative finishes, interior products, building materials, or allied construction industry.
The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, contractors, and high-net-worth clients, while promoting our premium paint and texture application solutions.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, commercial awareness, and the confidence to interact with high-profile clients and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, consultants, and direct clients.
- Promote premium decorative paints, wall textures, specialty coatings, and application services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify project opportunities at planning, construction, and renovation stages.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Regularly visit design studios, architectural firms, construction sites, and corporate offices.
- Maintain strong customer engagement before, during, and after project execution.
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with estimation, application, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable texture finishes, decorative coatings, and color schemes.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, negotiations, and project closures.
- Monitor project progress and customer satisfaction.
Market Development
- Identify emerging market trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and sales strategies.
- Provide regular market intelligence and business feedback to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and industry networking activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM records and client databases.
- Submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates.
- Track inquiries, quotations, conversions, and collections.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
Additional certifications in sales, marketing, paints, coatings, construction materials, or interior products will be an advantage.
