- Lead, support, and motivate a team of car sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide performance reports to management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling customer inquiries or escalations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, service, delivery) to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure display vehicles are maintained and presented properly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools.
- Minimum of a degree or related field is a plus.
