Job Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard prospective retail brands and tenants.
- Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits, present retail spaces, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate lease documentation and agreement execution with legal and finance teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and leasing partners.
- Ensure timely store fit-outs and openings by coordinating with internal teams.
- Monitor lease renewals and minimize vacancy.
- Conduct market research on retail trends, rentals, and competitor malls.
- Maintain leasing MIS, occupancy reports, and tenant databases.
- Support tenant mix planning to enhance footfall and mall profitability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
