Positions in this function design, develop, and implement customized technical material for various publications (which may require the research and translation of technical information), including but not limited to tutorials, manuals, and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users. May produce content for embedded user assistance technology. Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation. Produces products that meet the needs of consumers, satisfy technical requirements, and conform to the company documentation standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:

Graduation or Post Graduation - BTech, MBA

5+ years of documentation and technical writing experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge on US Healthcare and Value Based Care

Solid understanding of healthcare data - eg:Medical claims, Eligibility data, Provider data

Understanding of Quality Metrics (HEDIS, CMS Star ratings)

Clinical methodologies (ICD, CPT, etc.)

Population health, affordability and care management workflows

Knowledge on SQL & Data Skills

Familiarity with Data ware houses, BI/reporting tools like Power BI

Writing Queries, Interprets and document database schemas and data models

Technical Skills

Experience with:

User Guides platform such as Madcap Flare

Documentation platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, etc.)

Version control (Git preferred)

Understanding of:
