We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive – HORECA to manage and grow business across hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, QSRs, and cloud kitchens in Mumbai. The role involves developing key accounts, expanding distribution, and driving sales for premium gourmet and frozen food products.
- Handle HORECA channel sales across Mumbai region.
- Appoint and manage distributors / stockists where required.
- Develop strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and F&B heads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, menu trials, and sampling.
- Ensure product placement and visibility.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders and collections.
- Experience: 3–7 years in HORECA / Foodservice / FMCG sales.
- Strong network in hotels, restaurants, and catering industry.
- Knowledge of frozen food or gourmet products preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
